PUBLIC NOTICE

 

  1. Daniel R. & Dorothea R. Gaudreau, Map 3 Lot 107, located at  143 Canterbury Road, for a proposal of a 2-lot subdivision to create one additional residential parcel. 
  2. Elliot Smith Realty, LLC, Map 3 Lot 59, located at 332/334 Dover Road, for Site Plan Review to change the use of the existing structures from a consignment shop to a dog boarding daycare.
  3. Ajdin Sarajlic, Map 4 Lot 164, located at 119 Dover Road, for a Site Plan amendment to propose seven spaces to be designated for car sales.

  4. 8 Dover Road, LLC., Map 4 Lot 151, located at 8 Dover Road, for Site Plan Review for change of use to the previously approved commercial lot to propose a high end private automotive repair shop and powder coating business with limited automotive sales.

…will be submitted to the Planning Board on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 6:30pm at the Chichester Fire Department located at 22 Main St.  Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance and/or Site Review Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will remain on the Planning Board agenda until such time as they are either approved or disapproved.
