Burn permits are required for any outside burning, even while raining, for the following: Seasonal Cooking or Campfire, Brush, Chimney or Outside Fireplace/Fire Ring.

Fire permits are not required for charcoal or gas grills located off the ground. To obtain a Commercial Burning Permit, contact Alan Quimby at the number listed above.
