Notice of Public Hearing for Use of the Conservation Fund

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR USE OF CONSERVATION FUND
A public hearing will be held in accordance with RSA 36-A:5 II, in accordance with the provisions of RSA 675:7, at the Chichester Grange Hall, 54 Main Street, Chichester, NH 03258 on Monday April 1, 2024 at 6:30 PM for the use of the Conservation Fund for contribution to a qualified organization for purchase of property interests under RSA 36-A:4-a,I(b) and transaction costs.
The Conservation Commission is considering making a contribution to Five Rivers Conservation Trust, a qualified organization for transaction costs and purchase of a Conservation Easement on the Jones Farm, on Pleasant Street in Chichester. Use of the Chichester Conservation Fund is being proposed for this action.
