Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: The Grange Hall, 54 Main Street at 6:30pm on Wednesday, November 4, 2020; concerning two (2) requests by Coleman Concrete, Map 4 Lot 154-2, for two (2) variances with respect to Article II Section 2.04 (c) (III) of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance to permit: 1. Materials that are generated by a commercial/industrial use in the CI/MF district to be stockpiled on the portion of their lot that falls within the Residential (R) district.  2. To allow a portion of the conveyor hopper to extend into the Residential (R) zoning district a maximum of 2.9’, with an area of 40 Sq. Ft. (Industrial structure /use in the (R) zone.

The property concerned is located on 69-2 Dover Road in the Commercial Industrial Zone.

              The applications and accompanying documents may be viewed by appointment at the Town Hall or online at ChichesterNH.org.                                                                          

   Masks will be required for all those in attendance.

If the board of adjustment finds that it cannot conclude the public hearing within the time available, it may vote to continue the hearing to a specified time and place with no additional notice required.
