Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that an application for: 

1.Sarah Ann Perry Revocable Trust/Sarah Ann Perry, Map 9 Lot 63 & Map 9 Lot 63-1, located at 36 Ring Road for a proposal of a Lot Line Adjustment.
2.Douglas & Kathryn Valley, Map 3 Lot 25, located on Dover Road for a Site Plan to update the permitted uses for the existing constructed site for: open storage lease areas for vehicle, rv, boat, trailer, wood, stone, steel, brick and reclaimed recycling and a sales consignment lot, shipping building with second level.
3.8 Dover Road, LLC, Map 4 Lot 151, located at 8 Dover Road for a proposal to construct a two-unit commercial building on the previously approved commercial lot on Route 4. 
…will be submitted to the Planning Board on Thursday, August 3, 2023, at 6:30pm at the Chichester Fire Department located at 22 Main St.  Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance and/or Site Review Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will remain on the Planning Board agenda until such time as they are either approved or disapproved.

Zoning Board of Adjustment Public Notice 

According to NH Revised Statutes Annotated 676:7  it is required that all abutters to land intended for variance be notified of the proposal.

Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: Chichester Grange Hall, 54 Main Street at 6:30pm on Wednesday August 2, 2023; concerning a request for two variances : Bear Revocable Trust/Gary Anderson & Janelle Burris, Map 3 Lot 19 , located at 183 Dover Road for two variances with respect to Article II Section 2.04(D) and Article IV of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance to hear a proposal to: 1)permit a Subdivision of a lot that contains a preexisting non-conforming use,2) to allow a short term rental, The applications and accompanying documents may be viewed during normal business hours at:
