Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: Chichester Fire Department, 22 Main Street at 6:30pm on Wednesday December 6, 2023; concerning one request for a special exception: Ninth State Holdings, LLC. Map 9 Lot 116, located on Webster Mills Road for a Special Exception with respect to Article II Section 2.04 of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance to hear a proposal for a community scale solar farm.
