Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: Chichester Fire Department, 22 Main Street at 6:30pm on Wednesday September 6, 2023 at 6:30pm; concerning one request for an application for an equitable waiver of dimensional requirements: Green Wave Development, LLC./Erik Jones, Map 3 Lot 68B, Unit #19 , located at 3 John Hardie Way with respect to Article II Section 2.04(D)(iii)(6) of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance to hear a proposal to permit the unit’s encroachment of approximately 2.4’ into the rear 15’ building setback.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that an application for:

The Anderson Family Revocable Trust/Trustees: Carl & Valerie Anderson, Map 4 Lot 15, located at 42 Main Street for a proposal of a 2 lot Subdivision.

…will be submitted to the Planning Board on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 6:30pm at the Chichester Fire Department located at 22 Main St.  Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance and/or Site Review Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will remain on the Planning Board agenda until such time as they are either approved or disapproved.
