Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: Chichester Fire Department, 22 Main Street at 6:30pm on Wednesday May 25, 2022; concerning two requests:
1.) Seth O’Donnell (Property owner, Kathy O’Donnell), Map 3 Lot 39, located at 290 Dover Road for a rehearing for a Variance with respect to Article III Section 3.02 of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance to hear a proposal for an application for a dimensional variance to allow construction of a junkyard within the 300ft. side and rear setback. It is proposed to modify the setback to 40ft along the side and rear property lines.
2.) Jeffrey R. Day and Amy J. Day, Map 9 Lot 90, located at 71 Kelly’s Corner Road for a variance with respect to Article II Section 2.04 of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance.
