PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that an application for:

1. 8 Dover Road, LLC, Map 4 Lot 151, located on Dover Road for a proposal to construct a dog daycare and grooming business on the previously approved commercial lot.

2.Sunborn Realty, LLC., Map 9 Lot 134A, located at 254 Suncook Valley Highway for a proposal to expand the allowed uses for the site to include a residential apartment rental and a third-party garage rental.

3. Ricker-Termiflex, LLC., Map 6 Lot 37, located at 239 Bear Hill Road for a proposal for a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation.

…will be submitted to the Planning Board on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 6:30pm at the Chichester Fire Department located at 22 Main St.  Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance and/or Site Review Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will remain on the Planning Board agenda until such time as they are either approved or disapproved.
