PUBLIC HEALTH NOTICE: The Town of CHICHESTER is scheduled to hold a public hearing via zoom on November 5, 2020 at 6:30PM regarding the topic’s below:

Lot Line Adjustment-Coleman Concrete Inc & Carl D. Mahlstedt Jr. Revocable Trust 2001, Map 4 Lot 154-2, Map 4 Lot 157, and Map 4 Lot 152 located at 69-2 & 83 Dover Road.

Subdivision- Gregory Teague, Map 9 Lot 3, located at 42 Hilliard Road to create one additional lot. 

David and Jennifer Albert applying for Prime ATC, located at 349 Dover Road, Map 2 Lot 87 for amendment for Site Plan Review.
