PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE

 

PUBLIC HEALTH NOTICE: The Town of CHICHESTER is scheduled to hold a public hearing via zoom on October 15, 2020 at 6:30PM regarding the topic’s below:

 

Lot Line Adjustment-DBU Construction and Mihachik, Map 4 Lot 151, Map 4 Lot 151-1, and Map 4 Lot 152, located at 2 & 10 Dover Road.

Subdivision- BMT Construction, LLC., Map 4 Lot 170 located at 72 Granny Howe Road to create two additional lots.

Conceptual Review- 12 Dover Road, LLC., Map 4 Lot 151-B, located at 12 Dover Road, to propose a commercial use building with an access road to the back of the property. 

Taz Talo, Doggy Darbster, 113 Dover Road, Map 4 Lot 162 for Site Plan Review.
