Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: Chichester Fire Department, 22 Main Street at 6:30pm on Wednesday August 2, 2023; concerning a request for two variances :Bear Revocable Trust/Gary Anderson & Janelle Burris, Map 3 Lot 19 , located at 183 Dover Road for a variance with respect to Article II Section 2.04(d) of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance to hear a proposal to permit a Subdivision, and to allow a short term rental on a lot having less than the required road frontage.
