Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: Chichester Fire Department, 22 Main Street at 6:30pm on Wednesday June 21, 2023; concerning one request for four variances : Bear Revocable Trust/Gary Anderson & Janelle Burris, Map 3 Lot 19 , located at 183 Dover Road for four variances with respect to Article II Section 2.04(D) and Article IV of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance to hear a proposal to: 1)permit a subdivision of a lot that contains a preexisting non-conforming use,2) to allow a short term rental, 3)an automotive repair garage, and 4)a salon on a lot where a minimum of 250ft. of road frontage is required and approximately 101ft. exist.
