Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: Chichester Fire Department, 22 Main Street at 6:30pm on Wednesday June 8, 2022; concerning a request by Seth O'Donnell (Property owner, Kathy O'Donnell), Map 3 Lot 39, located at 290 Dover Road for a RE-rehearing for a Variance with respect to Article III Section 3.02 of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance to hear a proposal for an application for a dimensional variance to allow construction of a junkyard within the 300ft. side and rear setback. It is proposed to modify the setback to 40ft along the side and rear property lines.
