PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 of a public hearing for an application for: Schreier, Conceptual Design Review,  22 Lot Subdivision Plan, located on 112 Pleasant St., including  Map 10 Lot 10, Map 10 Lot 10-1,&  Map 10 Lot 10-2, with the intent to develop a 22 home cluster subdivision located in the Agricultural Zone.…will be submitted to the Planning Board on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 6:30pm at the Chichester Fire Department during a regular meeting of the Board to engage in a non-binding discussion beyond conceptual and general discussion which involve more specific design and engineering details.  RSA 676:4II(b)
