NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING AMENDMENT
A second and final public hearing will be held, in accordance with the provisions of RSA 675:7, at the Chichester Fire Station on January 23, 2020 at 6:30 PM on proposed amendments to the Chichester Zoning Ordinance. The proposals were prepared by the Planning Board. The effect of the proposed amendments would be to:
- To clarify that Accessory Dwelling Units are to be permitted by the Building Inspector through the Building Permit application process.
Copies of the proposed changes are available at Town Hall during regular business hours:
Monday 8:30 to 4:00
Tuesday 8:30 to 2:00 and 4:00 to 7:00
Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 to 2:00
