Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: Chichester Fire Department, 22 Main Street at 6:30pm on Wednesday August 17, 2022; concerning two requests:

Jeffrey R. Day and Amy J. Day, Map 9 Lot 89 & Map 9 Lot 90, located at 67 &71 Kelly’s Corner Road for two (2) variances with respect to Article II Section 2.04(c)(v) of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance to hear a proposal to permit Lot 89 to have 0.49 acres of contiguous buildable area where 1 acre is required and only 0.36+ acres exist; and Lot 90 to have 0.51acres of buildable area where 1 acre is required and 0.64 acres exist.
