Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: Chichester Fire Department, 22 Main Street at 6:30pm on Thursday, December 9, 2021; concerning one request by J.E. Chichester Realty-Rapid Refill.
Map 4 Lot 26, located at 141 Dover Road for a Variance with respect to Article III Section 3.07 (L)iii of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance to hear a proposal for an application for a variance to allow a digital price toggle to show member/nonmember fuel price and to change with a frequency greater than 5 minutes.
