Town Crier April 14, 2019

Sun 4/14 Lead-The Chichester Youth Assoc. is holding a "Clean-Up at Carpenter Park" at 3:00 pm. today!   Everyone is invited-young to old.  Get the park ready for spring activities.  The CYA will hold its April meeting after cleanup at 5:00 pm; Coach informational meeting will follow at 6:00 pm.  (baseball, softball, t-ball)  Weather related changes will be sent via e-mail and posted on Facebook.  Meetings will still take place at the Fire Station.

Tues.  Toddler time at the library is at 10:30 am

Tues.  The Selectmen will meet at 6:30 pm at the Grange Hall.

The Chichester PTO will meet from 7-8 pm at the school.

Wed.  The Agriculture Commission will meet at 7:00 pm at the library.

Thurs.  The Heritage Commission will met at 7:00 pm at the library.  Open meeting-stop in and you may be able to help with Spring activities.

Fri.  The Trustees of the Trust will meet at 9:00 am at the Town Hall.

Fri.  The Library is sponsoring a program featuring Randy Pierce, the Blind Hiker.  It is at 7:00pm at the Grange.  Free & open to all!  Randy will speak on his experiences:  losing his vision and then being able to conquer mountains.  His will also address his favorite non-profit organizations:  NH Association for the Blind & Guiding Eyes for the Blind.  Please join us for a special evening.  Refreshments will be served.

Dog Licenses are due April 30th.

Next Sunday is Easter Sunday.  There will be two opportunities in Chichester to experience a sunrise service followed by church services.  The Chichester Methodist Church Sunrise Service will be at 6:30 am the the town gazebo, followed by Easter breakfast at the Parish Hall, across the street.  The Hope in Christ (Chichester Congregational Church) 153 Main St (next to the library) will meet at 5:50 am at the Coffey house (across from the old church)  Services will take place from 10:00 to 11:30 in the new worship center (behind the old church)  Services are open to everyone.
