Public Notice-Planning Board





Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that an application for:

1.Kevin Pearson & Carl Lakowicz, Map 2 Lot 51 sub 16 & 17, located at 24 & 26 Connemara Drive for a proposal for a lot line adjustment.

2.Gary Brooks, Map 2 Lot 58 sub-3, located at 19 Higgins Road for a proposal for a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation for a Automotive Detailing Shop.

…will be submitted to the Planning Board on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at 6:30pm at the Chichester Fire Department located at 22 Main St.  Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance and/or Site Review Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will remain on the Planning Board agenda until such time as they are either approved or disapproved.
