PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC HEALTH NOTICE: The Town of CHICHESTER is scheduled to hold a public meeting via zoom on June 3, 2021 at 6:30PM regarding the topic’s below:

  • Public Hearing-Adoption of the Master Plan Chapters, Community Facilities, Natural Resources, Vision, and Implementation.
  • Public Hearing-Site Plan, Scioto Properties Sp-16 LLC, Map 8 Lot 42-2, located at 18 Swiggy Brook Road to convert an existing single-family home to a residence for up to 5 individuals requiring residential assistance.
  • Public Hearing-Site Plan, Michael Albert, Map 4 Lot 155B, located at 56 Dover Road for a change of use. Applicant proposes an auto repair shop.
