PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that an application for:

1.Robert Jr. & Cindy Lou Gelinas, Map 1 Lot 35, located on Short Falls Road for a proposal for a subdivision.

2.Mal-Mar, LLC., Map 4 Lot 150-C & 150-E, located at 9 Dover Road for a proposal for an expansion of the usable area of the site to add two additional storage buildings and better access within the site. A wetland dredge and fill application is part of the expansion.

3.Chichester Commons, LLC., Map 4 Lot 161, located at 114 Dover Road, for a proposal to build a 8,000 sq. ft. commercial building.

…will be submitted to the Planning Board on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 6:30pm at the Chichester Fire Department located at 22 Main St.  Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance and/or Site Review Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will remain on the Planning Board agenda until such time as they are either approved or disapproved.
