PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that an application for:

1.Jeffrey R. & Amy J. Day, Map 9 Lot 89 & 90, located at 67 & 71 Kelly’s Corner Road for a proposal for a lot line adjustment…will be submitted to the Planning Board on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 6:30pm at the Chichester Fire Department located at 22 Main St.  Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance and/or Site Review Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will remain on the Planning Board agenda until such time as they are either approved or disapproved.
