PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that an application for:

1. Public Hearing-Site Plan Review, CI Chichester, LLC (applicant) Acorn Creek Properties, LLC.(property owner), Map 3 Lot 32 located at 263 Dover Road to propose a change of use to a camper sales business.

2. Public Hearing-Site Plan Review, William Young Properties, LLC, Map 4 Lot 154 located at 69 Dover Road, to convert an existing building to office space.

…will be submitted to the Planning Board on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 6:30pm at the Chichester Fire Department located at 22 Main St.  Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance and/or Site Review Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will remain on the Planning Board agenda until such time as they are either approved or disapproved.
