Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: Chichester Fire Department, 22 Main Street at 6:30pmon Wednesday, October 6, 2021; concerning one request by Jeffery & Amy Day.
Map 9 Lot 90, located at 71 Kelly’s Corner Road Road for a Variance with respect to Article II Section 2.04 (c)iii of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance to hear a proposal for the conversion of an existing commercial unit to a residential unit, for a total of 3 residential units.
