Minutes of Meeting
Thursday, August 6, 2015
Members Present: Chairman Kevin Mara, Ex-Officio Mike Paveglio, Thomas Houle, Allen Mayville, Richard Moore, Craig McIntosh (Alt.) and Secretary Jamie A Pike.
Others Present: Richard DeBold, Jeffrey Greene, Stephen E MacCleery, Sr., Morgan Mewkill, Charlie Mewkill and Ann Davis.
Chairman Mara called the meeting to order at 6:35pm.
The minutes of July 2, 2015 were reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Houle and seconded by Mr. Paveglio to approve the minutes as amended to change references of “Mr. Moore” to “The Board”. Motion passes.
Subdivision: Map 8 Lot 34-3, Stephen E MacCleery Sr., located at 19 Carpenter Road
Jeffrey Greene (Surveyor) and Stephen E MacCleery Sr. were present to speak on the merits of the application.
The purpose of the application is to subdivide a 5.823 acre parcel located in the Residential Zoning District. The new parcel, labeled as Map 8 Lot 34-4, contains 0.36 acres of wetlands or 6% of the total area and road frontage of 200 feet. The remaining lot (Map 8 Lot 34-3) is 12.094 acres and has no wetlands in the delineation area and road frontage of 651.34 feet.
The Board reviewed the subdivision checklist to ensure the completeness of the application.
A motion was made by Mr. Mayville and seconded by Mr. Houle to accept the application as complete.
Chairman Mara opened the Public Hearing upon the application.
There were no abutters present.
Without further discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Mayville and seconded by Mr. Houle to approve the application as presented. Motion passes.
A motion was made by Mr. Moore and seconded by Mr. Paveglio to adjourn the meeting at 6:45pm. Motion Passes.
The next scheduled meeting of the Planning Board is Thursday, September 3, 2015.
