Minutes of Meeting
Thursday, December 4, 2014
Members Present: Vice-Chairman Tom Jameson, Jeff Jordan, Stan Brehm, Tom Houle, Richard Moore, Allen Mayville, Alan Williams, Richard Arrell.
Vice Chairman Jameson called the meeting to order at 6:40pm.
Vice Chairman Jameson appointed Alternate member Richard Arrell as a voting member for the purposes of this meeting.
The minutes of November 6, 2014 were reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Mayville and seconded by Mr. Jordan to approve the minutes. Motion passes.
Site Review: William Young Properties, LLC, Map 4 Lot 154, located at 69 Dover Road.
This application proposes a new 3,000 Square Foot building, approx. 75 ft x 40 ft and associated parking & site work for a paving company. The site review check list was reviewed and the application was accepted as complete.
A motion was made to accept the application as complete by Mr. Brehm and seconded by Mr. Jordan. Motion passes.
The site plan was accepted contingent on an approved driveway permit from the NH Dept of Transportation for the additional traffic use of the recently upgraded driveway.
A motion was made to approve the application as submitted by Mr. Mayville and seconded by MrJordan. Motion passes.
Signage Ordinance – The Board discussed bringing the ordinance back to the table. A Public Hearing to review the same sign ordinance submitted last year is proposed for Jan 8, 2015
Impact Fees – The Board discussed amending the Zoning Ordinance to eliminate Impact Fees. A Public Hearing is proposed for Jan 8, 2015.
Being no further discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Brehm and seconded by Mr. Mayville to adjourn the meeting at 7:45pm. Motion passes.
