TOWN OF CHICHESTER
Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that an application for:
1. Home Occupation: Dana Sonia, Map 7 Lot 30-1, located on Durgin Road
2. Lot Line Adjustment: Estate of Rose Warren/Isabel Bolson & S Michelle Gravelle, & Roy & Kathleen Baum, Map 9 Lots 129, 130, & 131 located on Webster Mills Road,
will be submitted to the Planning Board on October 11, 2012 at 6:30pm at the Chichester Grange Hall during a regular meeting of the Board. Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately. Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will remain on the Planning Board agenda until such time as they are either approved or disapproved.
