b.      Review/Approval of Minutes – February 4, 2010

2.      Application Submissions
a.      Site Plan Amendment.  Acorn Creek Properties, LLC, (AKA: Atlantic Traders). Map 3 Lot 32 at 263 Dover Road in the Commercial/Industrial Multi-Family District.  The applicant, Acorn Creek Properties, LLC, proposes the addition of four (4) flood lights along the frontage of the property. Should the application be accepted, planning review and a public hearing may immediately follow.

b.      Site Plan Amendment. Giant Landscaping. Map 4 Lot 155-B at 56 Dover Road in the Commercial/Industrial Multi-Family District.  The applicant, Giant Landscaping, on behalf of owner Marc D Chronis, requests to amend the permitted use of the site from Automobile and Equipment Sales to Retail Landscape Supply Sales with a Business Operations Office. Should the application be accepted, planning review and a public hearing may immediately follow.

3.      Conceptual Consultations
a.      Site Plan Amendment.  ECW Investments, LLC.  Map 9 Lot 91 at 81 Kelley’s Corner Road in the Commercial Industrial Multi-Family District.  The applicant, ECW Investments, LLC, proposes the addition of a third dwelling unit within the existing structure.

b.      Home Occupation.  Mary Finlay.  Location to be determined.  The applicant proposes a home occupation of a pet grooming facility.  

c.      Site Plan Amendment.  99 Dover Road, LLC.  Map 4 Lot 159 at 99 Dover Road in the Commercial Village District.  The applicant, Brian Blake of The Car Farm, LLC, on behalf of owner 99 Dover Road, LLC, proposes to increase the approved signage.

d.      Condominium Subdivision.  Chichester Condominium Corporation.  Map 3 Lot 68-B at 362 Dover Road in the Commercial/Industrial Multi-Family District.  The applicant, Chichester Condominium Corporation, proposes a multiple unit condominium subdivision.
