Chichester Board of Selectmen
November 20, 2008
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman DeBold, Selectman MacCleery, Selectman Jordan and Administrator Lisa Stevens.
Chairman DeBold opened the meeting at 10:30am.
The purpose of this meeting was for the Board to meet with prospective assessing contractors to perform the general ongoing assessing functions on a yearly basis.
The following firms/representatives met with the Board ñ

Mark Neider & Cheryl Kilpatrick ñ Commerford, Neider & Perkins
Jeff Earls ñ Cross Country Appraisals
The Board will review the proposals submitted and make a decision on Tuesday, November 25, 2008.
Selectman MacCleery reported to the Board that he has spoken to Mr. Art Ellis who also recalled the sale price of the ambulance at auction was $3,750.00. Lisa was directed to contact St. Jeanís Auctioneers about the discrepancy in amounts, perhaps there is a fee the town was not aware of.
Being no further business, the Chairman adjourned the meeting at 12:04pm.
