The Chichester Police Department  Past and Present
Walter Sanborn, author, historian, and longtime collector of antique automobiles will present a program on the history and lore of early automobiles and the roads and "highways" they traveled.
Gordon and Marion Jones, owners and operators of the only active farm in Chichester, will give a history of their family farm, its current operation, and what they have done to make farming a successful enterprise.
How much do you know about the operation of your local police department and the challenges it faces in a small town? What changes and updates have taken place over the years? Our Police Chief, Patrick M. Clarke, will give us an overview of the present day department. Former Police Chief, Ann Emerson, will speak about the earlier years.

The Front Porch - Take Two
Bring your picnic basket (with food) and seating for a community picnic at Thunder Bridge. See the newly painted bridge and the restored railings at this historic site. Beverages and dessert will be provided by the Chichester Historical Society.
A guest speaker will present a program on the history of blacksmithing with emphasis on the work of present day blacksmiths. This program coincides with our newest exhibit area, "The James A. and Rose Alnorna Warren and Family Blacksmith Shop Collection"
Once again, back by popular demand, Walt Sanborn and Dottie McKoan team up for more delightful conversation and reminiscence about the fall season "down on the farm." Getting ready for the winter months took much preparation. Walt and Dottie will share their stories and memories about the harvest and fall months. Be prepared to share your own stories.
