Under Chichester Zoning Ordinance, as amended March 16, 2002, “L” Growth Management Ordinance, Section II, d., The Building Inspector shall determine what constitutes a completed Building Permit Application.
In the two (2) years this Ordinance has been in place all applicants seeking to get on the waiting list for a Building Permit have been required to submit the following:
A completed Building Permit Application.
A Septic Design Plan approved by the State Of New Hampshire Water Pollution Commission.
A Driveway Permit issued by the Town Road Agent or the State of New Hampshire Highway Road Agent (Division #5) where applicable.
A set of plans for the dwelling to be built must conform to State of NH Energy Code.
An Impact Fee will be collected at the time of issuance of the Building Permit in accordance with the Impact Fee Schedule (Reference RSA 674:5-7) in effect at the time.
Building Permit Fees will also be collected at this time in accordance with the Town of Chichester Building Regulations as amended September 6, 2002.
