CHICHESTER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES
JUNE 6, 2007
Case #210-Ann Towle Fournier, Map 2 Lot 24, requesting an area variance to Article III, Section E. I. to permit a subdivision of a 2 acre lot with 150’ of frontage instead of the required 200’. Property is located on Horse Corner Road.
Members Present: Edward Meehan, Chairman; Mark McIntosh; David Dobson. Selectman Stephen MacCleery stepped down from the board since the BOS are in litigation/mediation with Mrs. Fournier concerning this matter.
With only three voting members present, it was explained to Mrs. Fournier that all three would have to vote in the affirmative in order for her request to be granted. Also, her attorney was not able to attend this evenings meeting to represent her.
Mrs. Fournier requested that the public hearing be continued in order to have a full voting board and her legal council present.
Mark McIntosh moved to reconvene this public hearing on June 20, 2007 at 7:00 PM. Motion was seconded by David Dobson.

Motion carries 3-0.
