The Chichester Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
March 26, 2008 at the Town Hall at 7:00 PM concerning:
Request by Primax Properties, LLC for an Area Variance to Article III, Section G. I, III & IV to permit 2 signs for the property (one free-standing sign/one building sign), totaling 200 sq. ft., where the ordinance permits a total sign area of 84-88 sq. ft., with both signs being internally illuminated where the ordinance permits 64 sq. ft. of internally illuminated signage, and with a free-standing sign height of 30’ where the ordinance permits a height of 10’. Applicant is representing Tractor Supply Co. on property owned by Edward & Vickie O’Brien, Map 3 Lot 43 located on Route 4.
