PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUANCE
The Chichester Board of Adjustment will continue the public hearing of 11/14/07- Chuckster’s LLC/Mark Blasko, Map 2 Lot 81-on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at the Town Hall at 7:00 PM. Applicant is seeking an area variance to Article III Section P. to permit construction of a portion of a go-cart track within the wetland buffer and a pedestrian walkway crossing wetlands to access track area. Property is located on Bailey Road & Route 4.
