PUBLIC NOTICE
The Chichester Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at the Town Hall at 7:00 PM concerning:
Request by Chuckster’s LLC/Mark Blasko, for an area variance to Article III,
Section P.4. to permit construction of a portion of a go-cart track within the wetland buffer, pedestrian walkway crossing wetland to access track area. Property is located on Bailey Road & Route 4.
