The Chichester Board of Adjustment will continue the public hearing of 5/7/08 on
Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at the Town Hall at 7:00 PM concerning:
Request by Beverly Paul-Article III, Section H. Obnoxious Uses, against the property & owner of Map 2 Lot 29, Yelena Levitina pertaining to continual barking of Caucasian dogs and the safety of the neighborhood. Property is located on Horse Corner Road.
