TOWN OF CHICHESTER
BOARD OF SELECTMEN
The Board of Selectmen will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 7:00pm at the Grange Hall, 54 Main Street, Chichester, NH; to receive public testimony on the following:
1) The acceptance of Moose Plate grant funds in excess of $5,000 as obtained by the Heritage Commission for the restoration of windows at the Grange Hall. (RSA 31:95-b)
2) Warrant Article #2: Shall we adopt the provisions of RSA 466:30-a which makes it unlawful for any dog to run at large. Except when accompanied by the owner or custodian, and when used for hunting, herding, supervised competition and exhibition or training for such?
3) Warrant Article #9: To see if the Town shall adopt the provisions of RSA 261:153, VI, authorizing the collection of an additional vehicle registration fee in the amount of $5.00 for the purpose of supporting the hereby established Municipal and Transportation Improvement Fund.
