Ann reminded everyone about the Backyard Farming lecture on May 28, 7pm, Grange Hall; subject: Beekeeping & Saving the Honey Bees by Julie Eaton.  AgCom members encouraged to participate.

Ann presented the final copy of the Agricultural Section of the Chichester Master Plan which no longer included the second item referring to regulatory management.  Steve MacCleery made a Motion to present our Chichester Master Plan, Agricultural section as revised, to the Planning Board; seconded by Kay Snow; all in favor; Motion carried.

After referring to Steve about Planning Board procedures, it was determined to submit the Agricultural Section and cover letter for the June Planning Board meeting; this will give the Planning Board a month for its members to review our Agricultural Section.  Teresa suggested that because of a busy summer and haying season instead of a July 16 meeting, the AgCom members attend the July Planning Board meeting to discuss and answer any questions the Planning Board members may have.  Ann will prepare a cover letter and send it to all members ahead of time so that it may be presented at the June Planning Board meeting with the finalized Agricultural Section.

There being no further business, meeting adjourned at 6:42pm.

Respectfully submitted,

Ann Davis, Secretary
