1.  Richard Millette made a MOTION to approve 01/23/2014 Meeting Minutes; Teresa Paradis seconded; all in favor; MOTION CARRIED.

2.  Farm Bureau membership had previously been discussed and approved and Steve had already provided the membership form.  Teresa donated the $60 membership fee; Ann will complete the form and submit the form and dues money to the Farm Bureau.  Jeff thanked Teresa for her generosity.

3.  Ann reviewed status of partnering with the Chichester Garden Club (CGC) for the purpose of education programs.  The CGC has arranged for March through June speakers on their meeting dates.  Since Ag Com has no budget, Ann requested Ag Com members help through attendance, help host the events and provide food & beverage donations.  Teresa offered apple cider donuts, bottled water and hot water beverage items; other members will decide later.  Ann will be there through CGC; Teresa and Jeff plan to attend.
4.  Review of COHD schedule, parade and exhibitor information provided by Ann, COHD Committee Secretary.   Ag Com will request two spaces to house a Farmers Market.  Steve had previously suggested some names; another name was added by Jeff and he will make that contact.

5.  The DRAFT Agricultural section of Chichester’s MASTER PLAN was reviewed and comments made.  Teresa suggested adding a bullet item regarding youth education program; Ann suggested a bullet item regarding a garden at the school so that students could help produce some of their own lunch foods.  All agreed of the additions; Ann will make the changes and email to all members which will be approved at next month’s meeting and then submitted to the Planning Board.

6.   The one-page Ag Com flyer was reviewed and discussed.  It was decided to make copies for distribution at Library, Live & Let Live, etc.; Teresa will make copies.   Ann stated hopefully Ag Com will have a budget in the future for printing projects and speakers.

7.  Expiration of terms was discussed.  Those members must ask the Selectmen to be re-appointed and sworn in; thereafter, election of officers will be held.

There being no further business, meeting adjourned at 7:54pm.

Respectfully submitted,
